We want factual errors to be corrected promptly and transparently.
Reporting an error
If you believe an article contains a factual error, missing safety context, broken reference, or misleading statement, contact us at admin@ketaminepluguk.com and include the page URL and the specific passage you are concerned about.
How corrections are handled
We review the source material and the challenged wording. Straightforward errors may be corrected directly. Material corrections should be made in a way that does not conceal the fact that the page changed, particularly where the earlier wording could have affected a reader’s understanding of health or safety.
Updates versus corrections
An update adds or refreshes information as evidence or guidance changes. A correction fixes something that was wrong or materially misleading. The modified date may change for either, but we do not alter dates simply to create an appearance of freshness.
